1. Data we process

• Account: email address and a securely hashed password, or your Google account ID, name and email if you sign in with Google.
• Use of the Service: genres, styles and themes you submit, your Songs, credit history, whether a Song was downloaded (needed for the Refund Policy).
• Payments: pack, amount, status and the provider's payment ID. For cryptocurrency, the provider may share the sending wallet address and transaction hash — note that these are public on the blockchain. We never receive card numbers or private keys.
• Consent records: the time you agreed to immediate delivery before a payment.
• Technical: IP address (used for security, to limit login attempts, and to determine your country for language and prices), browser language, and the cookies described below.

2. Why and on what basis

• to provide the Service and your account — performance of the contract;
• to process payments and keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation;
• to protect the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and handle disputes — legitimate interest;
• to show the site in your language and prices in your currency — legitimate interest.

We do not sell personal data, do not use advertising trackers and do not make decisions with legal effect about you by automated means.

3. Who receives data

• our AI music technology provider (USA) — generates Songs from your requests;
• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — hosting of the site and files;
• Heleket — cryptocurrency payment processing;
• Google — only if you use Google sign-in;
• authorities — only where the law requires it.

Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area; transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer (such as standard contractual clauses) or on the transfer being necessary to provide the Service you requested.

4. How long we keep data

• account data and Songs — while the account is open, then deleted within 30 days of closure;
• payment and consent records — as long as accounting and tax law requires (usually up to 5–10 years);
• security logs — up to 90 days.

5. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, by writing to [to be filled: support email]. We answer within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

6. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies: the sign-in session (60 days) and a short-lived cookie that protects Google sign-in. Your language choice may be stored in your browser. No analytics or advertising cookies.
